With Wi-Fi 6, the FRITZ!Repeater 6000 delivers maximum Wi-Fi performance throughout the home network. Three radio units provide a combined data rate of up to 6000 Mbit/s, ensuring stable connections for all connected Wi-Fi devices while making optimal use of the available bandwidth.

At the same time, the FRITZ!Repeater 6000 provides excellent Wi-Fi coverage right into the furthest corners of the home. The FRITZ!Repeater 6000 can also be used as an access point connected via LAN cable.

The Wi-Fi 6 standard is designed for networks with an ever-growing number of wireless devices. Smartphones, tablets, PCs, 4K TVs, speakers and smart lights – more and more devices are being used simultaneously on the home Wi-Fi network.

The modern OFDMA modulation scheme with QAM 1024 ensures fast and stable connections even under heavy network load.

The FRITZ!Repeater 6000 transmits on three Wi-Fi bands, which are used intelligently in parallel. Through automatic band selection with Dynamic Crossband Repeating, the FRITZ!Repeater 6000 always chooses the most efficient connection path to the router and connected wireless devices.

This allows all connections throughout the home network to achieve high data rates, even in highly demanding Wi-Fi scenarios.

Perfect for Mesh Wi-Fi

When combined with a FRITZ!Box as the hub of the Mesh Wi-Fi network, the FRITZ!Repeater 6000 delivers its full potential. In Mesh Wi-Fi, multiple distributed wireless access points are combined into a single intelligent Wi-Fi network.

FRITZ! devices communicate with each other to optimise the performance of all wireless devices. This ensures that the best possible connection is always established wherever it is needed.

Streaming, gaming and downloads run seamlessly at the highest possible speeds, even in the furthest corners of the home.

The entire Wi-Fi network uses a single network name and password and is securely encrypted. Optional Wi-Fi guest access also makes it possible to provide guests with a separate Wi-Fi network with its own security settings. Devices on the guest network cannot access devices on the private home network.

Maximum Security and Convenience

The latest encryption standards protect privacy throughout the entire Mesh Wi-Fi network. The LED on the housing displays wireless signal strength, making it easier to determine the optimal position for the FRITZ!Repeater.

The repeater is powered using the included power adapter and can therefore be positioned flexibly throughout the home. With Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), the repeater can be installed at the push of a button and integrated into the Mesh Wi-Fi network within seconds.

Two integrated LAN ports – one 2.5-Gigabit LAN port and one Gigabit LAN port – provide high-speed connections to devices such as NAS systems, LAN bridges or network devices without Wi-Fi support.

A touch of a button is all it takes: Repeaters and WPS-enabled routers, such as FRITZ!Box, then connect automatically. The FRITZ!Repeater adopts the appropriate Wi-Fi settings and is ready for use immediately.

Wireless freedom
The new 2.5 gigabit LAN port, via which the latest network-compatible devices can be integrated into the home network without Wi-Fi, ensures extra high speed. The FRITZ!Repeater 6000 does this by using Wi-Fi signals to bridge the distance to the router, something that used to require laying extra cables. And if your home already has cables, the repeater can switch to LAN bridge operating mode so that an existing network cable or powerline adapter can be used to connect to the router.
