Legibility is a high priority

Legibility of numbers and entries is the key to easy and comfortable operation. The E390 offers a large, high-contrast colour display with a magnifying glass function for displayed text. For example, a name selected from the phone book is automatically enlarged and highlighted on an orange background. If the enlarged name is wider than the display, it will scroll across the display. The digits you enter will also appear extra large on this coloured background in dial mode. The backlight makes the display very easy to read even in low light.

Sounds doubly good: 2 acoustic profiles for optimum hearing

This phone adapts to your hearing level: the Gigaset E390 has 2 acoustic profiles that particularly accentuate either the high-frequency or low-frequency range. This is because people's hearing changes over the course of their lives: high frequencies in particular become more difficult to distinguish as they get older. With the E390, you can simply choose the profile that you are most comfortable with.

It can handle subtle sounds - even surrounded by noise

The Gigaset E390 cordless phone provides excellent sound quality - and high volume when needed. That's handy when someone is watching a movie or the whole family is visiting, for example. Then you can very easily adjust the volume of the Gigaset E390 to the surrounding environment in five stages. In addition, you can double the volume with one press of the "extra loud" button. This is particularly useful if you have several people with different hearing abilities living in your household. The next time you use the phone, the volume will return to the predefined level.
