The Levenhuk Discovery Artisan 16 digital microscope is ideal for examining coins, working with metals, repairing electronics, assessing the quality of knife sharpening as well as restoring works of art and conducting highly specialized research in applied sciences. The microscope can be used with or without a stand. To observe the picture of the studied object, it is necessary to connect the microscope to a PC. You can observe the object under study on a PC screen as well as take pictures, record video, and carry out linear and angular measurements.

The microscope features a 2 Mpix digital camera (instead of an objective lens), which allows you to capture a 1600x1200 pixels picture. The magnification can be changed from 20x to 230x; and manual focus is available from 0mm to 150mm. In low light conditions, you can turn on the backlight that consists of 8 adjustable bright LED lights.

The microscope is compatible with Windows and Mac OS operating systems. To connect to a PC and to charge the microscope the USB cable is used. The body is rubberized for a comfortable grip. The Levenhuk Discovery Artisan 16 digital microscope is extremely user-friendly. It is small. Therefore, it does not need much space on your desk.
