Pair of SFP+ 10G WDM 1270/1330 40KM LC DDM modules for single-mode optical fibers
EXTRALINK SFP+ BIDI transceivers are small, single-mode SFP modules that provide two-way optical data transmission (e.g. 10GBASE-LR/LW defined by IEEE 802.3ae). The SFP optical module is equipped with a 20-pin SFP+ connector enabling connection of the transceiver without switching off the device. EXTRALINK SFP+ BIDI has been designed for single-mode optical fibers and operates at nominal wavelengths, i.e. 1270 nm or 1330 nm. The transmitter section uses a multi-motor DFB quantum well compliant with the International Safety Standard IEC-60825, and the receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detection preamplifier (IDP) mounted in the optical head and IC limiting power amplifier. The single-mode SFP cartridge supports data rates from 9.95 Gb/s to 10.3 Gb/s.
