The Bosch Serie 4 PKE645BB2E 60 cm ceramic hob blends contemporary styling with practical functionality for everyday cooking. A sleek black high-speed ceramic surface is framed by a stainless-steel trim for a flush, built-in look and protected edges. Four cooking zones are controlled via Bosch’s TouchSelect panel, enabling fast zone selection and precise heat adjustment across 17 power levels (9 main levels plus 8 intermediate settings) to accommodate everything from gentle simmering to rapid boiling.
Designed for safe, convenient use, the hob features a child lock, main on/off switch, and automatic shutdown for enhanced protection. A two-stage residual heat indicator (H/h) clearly shows when zones remain hot, while the ReStart function preserves settings in case of panel interruption. The programmable timer with automatic switch-off allows individual zones to turn off after a preset interval, simplifying multitasking in the kitchen. Audible signals provide clear feedback on operations.
