This PoE++ Gigabit switch combines data transmission and power supply on 16 RJ45 ports with 10/100/1000 Mb/s. Four ports deliver up to 60 W, the other twelve up to 32 W; the 300 W PoE budget and the 330 W total power also cover power-hungry devices. Two SFP slots connect fiber at 1000 Mb/s and help bridge longer distances. The LCD display provides real-time PoE status information, the password-protected menu supports secure administration. Integrated protection functions increase operational reliability.
In professional IT environments, in on-site installations, and in existing infrastructures of companies and public institutions, the switch reduces the need for power outlets and simplifies placement of IP cameras (including models with heater), wireless access points, or VoIP endpoints. Features such as store-and-forward, jumbo frames, and an 8K MAC table support reliable performance; the 19 inch 1 U rack form factor facilitates integration.
