The AXAGON ADSA-D25 CLONE MINI SuperSpeed USB 5 Gbps docking/cloning station easily and quickly connects up to two 2.5" drives simultaneously to your computer. The USB Micro-B connector on the dock, along with the included USB Micro-B <-> USB-A cable, enables connection to your computer.
This compact helper allows you to connect any 2.5" SATA drives to your PC or laptop in the easiest way. Just slide one or even two drives simultaneously into the base, no tools or accessories are needed. This makes swapping drives very quick and easy.
You can also use the docking station to easily clone the contents of connected drives without the need to connect to a PC. You insert the source drive into the first HDD A slot of the dock (source) and the target drive into the second HDD B slot (target). Then you just press the clone button and watch the cloning progress on the scale of the four LEDs. After all the data has been copied, the target drive is an exact copy of the original drive. The dock can thus be used as a stand-alone device for convenient duplication and disk imaging. It is the easiest way to transfer the contents of, for example, an old HDD to a new SSD, including a working operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux ...).
The SATA 6G interface with UASP support allows you to enjoy the speed of modern SSDs. Support for TRIM function to limit the gradual degradation of SSD performance over time. The station allows reading S.M.A.R.T. information monitoring the condition of the SSD / HDD. Supports sleeping of connected drives and station.
The enclosure of the station is robust and durable enough, allowing perfect stability even with inserted drives. Rubber feet limit sliding on the table and vibration of hard drives. The outer casing is made of aluminium with an elegant brushed finish.
