Modern radio packed with features
If you're looking for a truly versatile player, the JVC RA-E981B is for you. It lets you choose from several different ways to receive audio content. And it doesn't matter whether you prefer traditional radio stations or love listening to modern podcasts. The JVC RA-E981B can handle all the options.
From the air, over the internet, via mobile phone...
Modern times have greatly expanded the range of audio content. That's why the JVC RA-E981B radio offers a wide choice of reception. You can tune in to radio stations in the modern DAB+, but also the classic FM, band. In both cases, the device allows you to tune in and store 40 presets. If you are not satisfied with the local radio offer, you will appreciate the possibility of listening to internet radio from almost anywhere in the world. Again, up to 40 presets can be stored in memory. To use this function, you need to connect the device to an internet WiFi network.
But the advantages of connecting the radio to the internet are not only in the possibility of receiving internet radio stations. You can also use the Spotify® Connect function to easily connect the player to your Spotify® account.
The JVC RA-E981B radio can also be easily paired with a mobile phone via Bluetooth® connection and used as an external speaker.
The 2.8" colour display makes operation and setup convenient and intuitive. Wireless technology enthusiasts can pair the player with the UNDOK™ mobile app, available for Android and iOS mobile devices. The mobile app allows you to conveniently control all important functions from your mobile device.
The player can also be controlled with the included remote control. In case you prefer more traditional sources of audio content, you will certainly benefit from the built-in USB input (with MP3 support), but also the AUX-IN connector.
Sound reproduction is handled by a pair of stereo speakers with built-in Bassreflex, with a total output of 10 W, whose performance can be adjusted using the built-in equalizer. If you prefer to listen in private, there is a headphone output.
A nice benefit is the ability to set two independent wake-up times. There is also a SNOOZE function and a SLEEP function for automatic switch-off. The device is powered from the mains, via the included adapter.
