Product description The Richardson Sheffield brand guarantees innovative, high quality products. The design of the brand is original and indispensable in today's kitchen. A perfect knife for precise slicing and carving of larger pieces of meat, larger fruits and vegetables and poultry. Because of the grooved blade, the cut food does not stick to the knife.
Blade: The blade of Richardson Sheffield's Midori Paring Knife is hand forged and made from 67 layers of Damask steel. This ensures an exceptional hardness and sharpness of the blade and a beautiful appearance of the blade, on which you can see the layers. Due to the complete manual finish, the cutting surface is extremely thinly painted. All this fully benefits the ease of use and you feel like a Japanese chef.
Handle: The name Midori is derived from the Japanese word for green, which is not surprising with the color of the handle. The handle is made of so-called Micarta, which molds to your hand and, together with the grain structure, provides a reference to the original wooden handle.
The length of the blade is 17.5 cm, the total knife is 30 cm long. The knife comes in a luxury wooden case, which gives an even more luxurious look and optimal protection. It is recommended to wash this knife by hand. Rockwell hardness rating of 60 (+/- 2) HRC.
