This reliable and lightweight Makita cordless hedge trimmer with a 500 mm cutting bar is the ideal tool for trimming and shaping hedges and ornamental shrubs. It is powered by an 18V LXT series battery, and its compact, well-balanced design ensures comfortable operation without unnecessary fatigue. The new design features a significantly longer service life, a redesigned handle for a more secure grip, and an ergonomic power switch for easier operation.
The trimmer features a cutting bar with specially shaped teeth that grip branches more effectively and enable a clean cut up to 15 mm thick. An effective anti-vibration system absorbs most vibrations and protects your joints. For operator safety and to protect the equipment, the hedge trimmer is equipped with indicator lights that signal when the machine or battery is overloaded. A practical clipping collector can be optionally attached to the cutting bar (not included). It comes without a battery or charger.
